COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program - Small Business (CEAP-SB): In the summer of 2020, the Government of Ontario made $8 million available to support small business and registered charity customers who have overdue amounts on their energy bills as a result of the COVID-19 emergency. Jumpstart Recovery Program: The WindsorEssex Small Business Centre (SBC) recognizes the need for local small businesses to adapt their business models to thrive during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. SBC invites Windsor-Essex businesses to submit a project proposal to receive a $5,000 Jumpstart Recovery Program grant. This program is delivered by the Small Business Centre at the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation and is funded by the Government of Ontario through the Starter Company PLUS program.

The Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF): Provides liquidity support to businesses and organizations affected by the economic impacts of COVID-19, that are unable to access other federal relief measures, or require additional support. RRRF has been extended and expanded in southern Ontario. The expanded parameters include increases in contribution amounts and the time-frame for eligible costs, and are available to new applicants and existing recipients.
